Caz and her team are amazing they looked after my mum treating her with such dignity and they truly cared about us all. They were extremely efficient and guided us through the whole process seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone as they took away the worry of ensuring mum had a wonderful send off. We cannot thank the Linsie and team enough for the care, kindness and professionalism they showed while arranging our dad’s funeral. From the very beginning, they made everything feel personal.

Their local knowledge was invaluable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were incredibly accommodating and guided us through every step with compassion and understanding during a difficult time.

The service was beautiful, and we know Dad would have loved it. We are so grateful for all the support they gave our family and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral director who truly cares.

Arranged an unattended cremation for my dad plus a small service at a nearby funeral chapel - the arrangements were handled smoothly by Demelza and Caz with sensitivity, understanding and professionalism. The service was exactly what I hoped it would be, also due to the celebrant (arranged by JH Way) Chas's warm delivery. I felt supported and guided through the whole experience. I also felt the service was good value for money.

All our family have been impressed at the most excellent way that everybody at JH Way have helped us and my late father with his funeral arrangements and last wishes. As well as taking care of everything they even helped us and organised a buriel of ashes at sea. Thank you Caz and all of your team.

Today is Father’s Day, the day I choose to write this review because we used Jhway as my dads final resting place before the crematorium.
Well we didn’t choose it HE did and I feel he chose right.
My dad knew he didn’t have much time left but because of experiences he had with family using jhway before he felt it was right for him to plan the whole thing his self in a local business (Teignmouth) and he was so right to do so as they listened and made it as easy for him as they could of.
The lady’s were caring and respectful in every way, I know there were more people taking him in and planning it so I would like to say a big thank you to you all for doing such a great job when so many people wouldn’t be able to.
Every little touch and experience we had with them was at the highest standard even in that situation.

I live in Exeter myself but when I plan my funeral I will be using them for sure.

I will give one bit of advice to anyone reading this
Please don’t feel the need to see your loved ones after they have passed and I don’t mean at home because I was right next to my dad and I wouldn’t change it, I mean going to the funeral home after they have been laid to rest,
Not because of jhway but because they really did do a great job but because once a Spirit has gone the person will never be the same and you what to hold on to the memories you already have, also keep them settled out of respect.
They appreciated and respected him so I should have. Once you take that step there’s no going back.

Thank you everyone at jhway life can be very hurtful but the jobs you do make a difference!

Caz and her team were amazing, professional and caring. The service that Caz provided was very special and took account of our wishes and needs as a family at a very difficult time.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Caz , Demelza and their team at J H Way. My daughter and l felt confident in them from the moment we walked through their door. They were genuinely caring whilst also being thoroughly professional. They were confidence inspiring and took the time and trouble to allay fears and remove doubts about how everything would proceed.
