Caz and her amazing team have looked after both my mum and dad after their passing. Their care, compassion, professionalism and dedication in every aspect of arranging their funerals, has been outstanding. They have supported, advised and carried both myself and my family through every step of the journey from initial contact all the way through the funeral arrangements, services up to collecting the ashes. Whenever I needed advice, guidance or just a hug, Caz was there for me.
I would not have coped without Caz and team by my side. They ensured firstly my mum and then my dad, three years later, had the best send off we could ask for.
I am truly grateful for everything they have done and can assure anyone reading this, that you can rely on the team to care for you and your dearly departed loved ones with 100% care and commitment.

I would just like to say how grateful I am to Demelza and the team at J H Way Funeral Services. We had a service in their private chapel and their care and attention to all the details was both comforting and reassuring during such a stressful time. They definitely "hold your hand " throughout the process and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just had to experience one of the most saddest times of our lives and couldn’t of got through it without LINSIE , she was so compassionate and caring which made it all so much easier for my brother and I while losing our dad , she was so organised and helpful and it took so much pressure of us at this sad time ,
We would also like to to thank everyone on the day for such a smooth ride , as a big family we all felt comfortable and relaxed knowing everything was in hand , they done an Excellant job and would recommend their services fully,

What an excellent service from beginning to end, delivered with sympathy and understanding by Caz and Demelza. We discussed at the beginning of the process whether to go to a crematorium but decided, after being given the options, to go to the chapel at JH Way instead with close family only, which is a small and very intimate room. We had a short 15 minute service there with the minister and the coffin and then went to the church for a celebration service while JH Way took the coffin to the crematorium. We have been to a crematorium for other funerals, but this way round seemed so much better for us - more personal. Whatever the choice, JH Way were with us every step of the way, making sure everything ran smoothly from the intitial home visit to the end. Really wonderful and I couldn't recommend more.

I cannot thank Demelza and Caz at JH Way Homes Funeral Home enough for the exceptional care, kindness, and compassion they showed my family during the heartbreaking loss of my brother Tim.

They went above and beyond in every way, supporting us with warmth, patience, and genuine empathy throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they treated Tim with the utmost dignity and respect, ensuring his final journey was perfect.

We recently lost my wife and mother to Kathryn the service we received from Caz and demelza has been absolutely brilliant at this very difficult time the whole process provided by JH WAY of teignmouth in fact the whole team provided us with an excellent experience although with sadness they have all been both very professional and very supportive of us through the whole process cannot speak more highly of them
