At a time when we didn’t know where to start Caz and her Team were there.
Guiding us through the process, laughing with us when we needed a laugh but also providing hugs when they were required. They listened to us recount stories and picked up on details which were later reflected in the Service. Keeping in contact and ensuring that we were supported throughout. It was a perfect send off which didn’t end at the crematorium.
On a glorious summer afternoon Mum’s ashes were laid to rest and Caz read some beautiful pieces which allowed us to say our final goodbye.

Arranged an unattended cremation for my dad plus a small service at a nearby funeral chapel - the arrangements were handled smoothly by Demelza and Caz with sensitivity, understanding and professionalism. The service was exactly what I hoped it would be, also due to the celebrant (arranged by JH Way) Chas's warm delivery. I felt supported and guided through the whole experience. I also felt the service was good value for money.
