From the first moment we contacted the team we felt reassured and comforted by their professional and compassionate approach. The whole service provided was courteous, calm and considerate. At no point did we feel rushed, and we always felt certain about the process. Their liaison with the church and florist were seamless. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the J H Way team in Teignmouth. A perfect service.

Linsie offers a very professional service, with the personal touch. Linsie has held our hand through the process, nothing has been to much. On the day of the funeral she lead the funeral procession, she and her team were very respectful and helpful. Linsie's attention to detail is outstanding.

I recently used JH WAY for my father David's funeral, the service was faultless , from our initial meeting with Linsie to plan the funeral right through to the day of the funeral when we where met by Kaz ,.both ladies where lovely and helpfull., couldn't do enough for us , the stress was taken out from the beginning of the process right through to the day , Linsie even went out of her way to deliver my fathers ashes to my elderly mother . 10/10 Richard

JH Way were warm, welcoming and accommodating as they managed the arrangements for our late mother. All elements were managed professionally and with empathy which helped the difficult time run as smoothly as possible.

We have recently used the J H Way team to assist with proceedings following the passing of our mother. The care and service received was exemplary, Caz, Demelza and team were amazing so caring offering help and support to us at every step and beyond. They got to know us as a family and to know what our mother was like to ensure proceedings would be fitting. Nothing was too much trouble and you would be hard pressed to find better care and service for a loved one. With their care and attention to detail we were able to give our mother the celebration of her life she wanted and deserved. Excellent service from start to finish. Linsie was able to arrange all the requested details for my mums funeral. Mum was very organised and left particular requests, which were all met. The day of the funeral all the staff were really professional and caring. Would highly recommend J H Way.

I cannot recommend Caz and the team at J H Way highly enough. It’s now so clear to me why my grandparents chose to take out a funeral plan with them. They made such a difficult time so much easier for us as a family.

When we lost my grandfather during the height of the COVID pandemic in 2020, Caz was a wonderful support to my grandma. She helped us navigate the ever-changing regulations with calm and clarity, and we felt reassured that we were still able to give him the best send-off possible under the circumstances.

Sadly, we lost my grandmother recently, and once again had the privilege of working with Caz. It’s hard to put into words the impact someone like her can have during such a difficult and painful time. She made us feel held and supported, always listening with kindness and guiding us with professionalism and genuine care. It felt like she was walking alongside us every step of the way.

Both of my grandparents were treated with the utmost dignity and respect, and so were we as a family. Their funerals were personal and unique to them, nothing was ever too much trouble. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and never once felt judged or dismissed.

I feel incredibly privileged to have been involved in planning their funerals, and I truly couldn’t have done it without Caz. I hope that sharing this offers some comfort to others going through grief, and I can’t recommend Caz and the team at J H Way highly enough.
